Designers draw the room; operators live in it. I bring the operator's brief to your architect or designer: flows, table plan, bar, terrace, light and sound, so the venue looks good and runs well when it is full. I advise; the works are carried out by the firms you choose.

When to call me
Before the plans are final, for a new venue or a refurbishment, and again a few weeks after opening, as a guest, to see how the room behaves when it is full.
I am not an architect or a contractor and I do not carry out works. The scope and the fee are agreed in writing before any work starts.
