Who is responsible
This website is published by Benjamin Artis for Service Compris Hospitality, a consultancy being set up in the United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data: contact@artishospitality.com.
What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form or by email or WhatsApp: your name, your venue, your phone number, your email address and your message.
Why
To answer your request and, if we work together, to prepare and follow the mission. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The site and its contact form are hosted by Netlify. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Messages are received by email.
How long
As long as needed to handle your request and our working relationship, and no longer than three years after our last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@artishospitality.com. We apply the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the protection of personal data and, where it applies, the European GDPR.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
During audits
Photos taken during visits show dishes, the room and details only. We do not photograph identifiable guests or team members.
