I visit in person in DIFC, Downtown, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and JBR, Jumeirah and Bluewaters, in Abu Dhabi (Saadiyat, Al Maryah) and in Ras Al Khaimah (Al Marjan Island).

Are you a mystery shopping agency?
No. Service Compris Hospitality is a restaurant and hospitality consultancy founded by restaurateur Benjamin Artis. There is no network of shoppers: Benjamin makes every visit himself and reports to the owner.
Do you recruit mystery shoppers?
No. If you are looking for mystery shopper jobs in Dubai, this is not the right place: Service Compris does not recruit shoppers. Every audit is carried out personally by Benjamin Artis for restaurant owners.
Do you replace my general manager?
No. I am not there to do your general manager's job, but to see what daily operations no longer let the team see. You decide what you share with them.
How are advisory missions priced?
Mystery dining audits have public prices (AED 10,000, AED 5,000 and AED 7,000 per month). Positioning and layout advisory depend on the scope of the project; the scope and the fee are agreed in writing before any work starts.
